spinach pinweels.

1 cup sour cream.                                                                                    
8 oz cream cheese                                                                                  
1 envelope ranch dressing mix                                                                    
1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained        
1 can water chesnuts, drained, chopped          
1/2 cup red pepper
1 package tortilla

Mix all ingredients together. Spread on tortillas, roll wrap in saran wrap. Chill overnight. Slice in 1 inch pieces.
